8-bit Buddhism is an attempt to bridge spirituality and meditation with modern living. You’ll find reflections on Eastern philosophy, computer technology, creative and technical writing, and many “life hacks” that I’ve found useful.

This website is not meant to convert or convince anyone, but to present a way of thinking that hopefully encourages others to step back and look at everyday life from another perspective. With all the external stimuli surrounding us, it is becoming both harder and more important to sit still and listen to our own voices. Taking the time to listen to yourself and to the world can go a long way towards improving your happiness, self-confidence, and energy.

I don’t claim to be any sort of instructor or teacher. This blog is really just for fun, and for archiving my own thoughts and experiences on topics that strike my interest. Hopefully you find something on here that will interest you as well. If so, please leave a comment on a post or get in touch. I’d love to hear from you!
